What is Endure®

Endure® is mainly suitable for various disinfection environments such as VHP disinfection, alcohol, and sanitizer wiping in clean room B-level areas such as biological products, blood products, and vaccines. It is a special panel for biological clean rooms.

It is composited with rock wool, glass magnesium panel, aluminum honeycomb and other core materials. The product has excellent performance and is suitable for various clean room projects with strict indoor environment requirements. It is an ideal clean room enclosure material and can meet the professional needs of different industries. . At the same time, it is also widely used in the food industry in terms of cleaning resistance and oil resistance.

Excellent chemical properties

Resistance to 30% hydrogen peroxide test

The sample was immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and the beaker mouth was sealed to observe its surface state.

Test Results:

1. After soaking in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution for 432h at room temperature, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change;

2. In the hydrogen peroxide titration cup test, the tolerance of Endure® is 7.2 times that of PVDF.

Resistance to 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide test

The samples were immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide solution respectively, and their surface states were observed.

Test Results:

1. After soaking in 10% hydrochloric acid solution for 1208h at room temperature, there is no obvious change on the surface of Endure®;

2. After 1208h in 10% sodium hydroxide solution at room temperature, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change.

Very beautiful

Endure®  has beautiful design and small color difference. The color difference of the same batch is △E<0.3, and the color difference of different batches is △E<0.5.

The color is matte shell white, the surface layer is matte design, the visual effect is good, the surface is uniform and delicate, and the gloss is 8-10 (ordinary color steel panel is 33-35).

How to match the effect better?

In actual cases, we found that the choice of aluminum profiles is also very important, and how to better match is related to the overall clean room aesthetics, so we chose 2 aluminum profiles after practical application and experiments.
