How to deal with the uneven docking of the panel

Why does the surface appear uneven?

1. Personnel control: During the production of cleanroom panels, the personnel's control of the track is not in place, resulting in excessive temperature difference between the upper and lower panels, resulting in bending.

2. In terms of equipment: one of the steam automatic adjustment switches is damaged and not used, the equipment cannot automatically control the temperature, and the temperature control is poor.

3. Environmental aspects: After the panel comes out of the track, the heat dissipation of the upper panel is fast, while the heat dissipation of the lower panel is slow, and the panel bends upward.

4. In terms of working methods: There is no reference plane marked in panel production, and there is a phenomenon of front and back installation during on-site installation

Solution:

1. First of all, in terms of personnel control: the team leader strictly controls the temperature of the upper and lower panels of the track, checks every 20 minutes, and records once every hour (keep the temperature difference between the upper and lower panels within 3 degrees).

2. Report the replacement to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Environmental aspects: After the panel leaves the track, immediately turn on the fan to cool down the lower panel, so that the lower panel can quickly dissipate heat.

4. In terms of working methods: set arrows on the coding machine, and notify the customer to install on the same plane as the arrow direction when installing.
