The construction of cleanroom ceiling panels installation projects in integrated circuit clean workshops requires following a series of steps and precautions. The following is a general construction process. Today Wiskind will explain to you some installation precautions!

The construction of cleanroom ceiling panels installation projects in integrated circuit clean workshops requires following a series of steps and precautions.

When designing and installing walkable ceiling panels during the decoration of integrated circuit clean factories, attention should be paid to space design and product selection. The entire integrated circuit clean factory decoration design is by no means just a cleanroom walkable ceiling. It is also essential to consider factors related to design and construction in other aspects. Sufficient height must be reserved for the equipment in the cleanroom ceiling. In addition to the space required for the building structure, various equipment and facilities such as air supply, return air exhaust, cable trays, process direct exhaust, compressed air, lighting, etc. should also be considered. Maintenance personnel’s activities and operating space needs.

Before the construction of the integrated circuit clean workshop ceiling project, the concealed project should be inspected and handed over. Installation projects of various pipelines, functional facilities and equipment in the cleanroom ceiling: installation of keels, booms and embedded parts, including anti-corrosion, anti-mildew, dust-proof treatment; other concealed projects related to the cleanroom ceiling system. The inspection batch of the ceiling project should be divided into one inspection batch according to the clean area of 500m2, and the area less than 500m2 should also be divided into one inspection batch. Before installing the keel, the process handover procedures should be completed according to the design requirements for the clear height of the factory, the elevation of the opening, and the elevation of the pipes, equipment and other supports in the cleanroom ceiling system. The embedded parts, steel booms and steel booms in the cleanroom walkable ceiling project should be rust-proof or anti-corrosive. When the upper part of the walkable ceiling panel is used as a static pressure box, the connection between the embedded parts and the floor or wall should be sealed. The supports and hangers should be dust-proof.

The fixing and hanging parts of the cleanroom walkable ceiling should be connected to the main structure and shall not be connected to the equipment brackets and pipeline supports. The hanging parts of the walkable ceiling panels cannot be used as pipeline supports or hangers for equipment. The areas around air filters, lamps, smoke detectors, speakers, and openings where various pipelines pass through the ceiling should be smooth, tight, clean, and sealed with non-combustible sealing materials. Gaskets should be used around the access openings of concealed projects, and the elevation, size, arching, and gaps between panels of the cleanroom walkable ceiling should meet the design requirements. The gaps between the cleanroom walls and ceilings should be consistent, and the gap error between each panel should not be greater than 0.5m; they should be evenly sealed with sealant to be flat, smooth, slightly lower than the panel surface, and there should be no discontinuities and impurities.

The material, variety, specifications, etc. of the cleanroom walkable ceiling veneer should meet the design requirements, and the product performance should be checked. The installation of booms, keels and decorative panels must be safe and firm; the materials, specifications, installation spacing and connection methods of booms and keels should meet the design requirements; Metal booms and keels should undergo surface anti-corrosion treatment. After treatment, they will be dust-free and mildew-proof. The distance between the boom and the end of the main keel shall not be greater than 300m. When it is greater than 300m, a boom should be added, and the spacing between booms should be less than 1.5m. The decorative surface of the clean room walls and ceilings should be clean, smooth, and consistent in color, without warping, cracks, or defects, and should not produce mildew or dust; the joints of metal hangers and keels should be uniform, the corner seams should match, and the surface should be Smooth, no warping or hammer marks.
