PCGI Introduction
The electrostatic adsorption coating process is used to spray polymer thermosetting powder coating on the surface of the substrate, and then solidify at high temperature to form a highly dense coating. The coating is firmly adhered to the surface of the substrate to form a high-end new panel.
1. Powder coating on the surface of the substrate. The powder coating can have various colors.
2. Generally delivered as steel coils, it can also be cut and processed into steel panels as required
3. The coating can be divided into PE,HDP,PVDF,.etc
4. According to different uses, choose cold-rolled, galvanized, galvalume, zinc-aluminum-magnesium, aluminum panel, stainless steel and other metal substrates.
5. The powder coating of the powder color-coated panel is coated on the front and back at one time, and the thickness of the paint film can be customized.
Features:
1.High film thickness
The one-time coating film thickness of powder color-coated panels can reach more than 120 μm. The high film thickness spraying process makes the panel surface fuller and more delicate. After curing at high temperature, the hardness of the coating can reach up to 6H or more.
2.High density
The resin molecular weight of powder coatings is much larger than that of paint coatings. After curing at 330°C, a highly dense and hard coating is formed, which can effectively resist the invasion of corrosion factors and play a very good role in protecting the substrate
3.High corrosion resistance
After high-temperature curing, the acid and alkali resistance of polymer powder coatings is significantly improved, which is 5-6 times that of traditional solvent-based color-coated panels.
4.Zero VOCs
Polymer powder coating, 100% solid content, no volatile solvent substances are evaporated during the coating and curing process, zero VOCs emissions, safe and environmentally friendly

Production Technology
