1. The air-state noise level of the indoor space should not be greater than 60db (A).

2. The static pressure difference between the outdoor and indoor areas of the dust-free workshop should not be less than 10pa, and the clean area and the non-clean area should not be less than 5pa.

3. Reasonable distribution, one-way flow clean room is greater than or equal to 40%, and vertical flow clean room is less than 60%, so that the requirements can be met, otherwise it will become a local one-way flow.

4. For the heater of the purification air conditioning system of the electronic dust-free workshop, fresh air and over-temperature power-off protection should be set (if point humidification is used, waterless protection should be set). In areas with relatively cold weather, anti-freeze protection measures for the fresh air system should be set.
