What is Endure^®?

Endure® is mainly used in various disinfection environments such as biological products, blood products, vaccines and other clean room B-level areas that use VHP disinfection, alcohol, and serotonin wipes. It is a special panel for biological cleanrooms.

It is composited with rock wool, glass magnesium board, aluminum honeycomb, etc. as the core material. The product has excellent performance and is suitable for all kinds of clean room projects with demanding indoor environments. It is an ideal clean room enclosure material and can meet the professional needs of different industries. . At the same time, it is also widely used in the food industry in terms of resistance to cleaning and oil stains.

1.Excellent chemical properties

Resistance to 30% hydrogen peroxide test

The sample was immersed in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution and the mouth of the beaker was sealed, and the surface state was observed.

Test result: After immersing in 30% hydrogen peroxide solution at room temperature for 432h, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change; among them, the Endure®'s tolerance is 7.2 times that of PVDF in the hydrogen peroxide titration cup test.

Resistance to 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide test

The samples were immersed in 10% hydrochloric acid and 10% sodium hydroxide solution respectively, and the surface state was observed.

Test results: After immersing in a 10% hydrochloric acid solution at room temperature for 1208 hours, the surface of Endure® has no obvious change; in 10% sodium hydroxide solution for 1208 hours at room temperature, there is no obvious change on the surface of Endure®.

2.Very aesthetic

Endure® has beautiful design and small color difference. The color difference of the same batch is △E＜0.3, and the color difference of different batches is △E＜0.5. The color is matte shell white, the surface layer is matte design, the visual effect is good, the surface is uniform and delicate, and the gloss is 8-10 (normal color steel plate is 33-35).
