Project Planning Phase

We begin with a thorough constructability review, followed by detailed project planning that includes CEP, SSSP, QCP, and scheduling, as well as site logistics planning. Our team supervises the mobilization of the site and coordinates vendor EHS management, GC tendering, and submittal approvals.

Construction Execution Phase

During construction, Wiskind focuses on space and time coordination, submittal reviews, and progress reporting. Our stringent EHS management ensures safety compliance with work permits, toolbox meetings, and site inspections. We manage quality control through sample and mock-up reviews, non-conformance management, and site quality checks.

Commissioning 
We provide detailed commissioning plans, including HVAC, BMS, electrical systems, and more. Our team supports SAT management, IQ/OQ/PQ processes, and provides training for smooth handover. We also ensure permitting support and contract closure for a seamless project conclusion.
