The cleanroom panel consists of several parts, among which the panel plays a vital role. The panel materials are color-coated steel panel, stainless steel panel, film-coated panels, aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy panels, etc. Currently, the most widely used panel material is color-coated panels.
The color-coated panel is a product made of various panels as the substrate after surface treatment, coating in a continuous manner, baking and cooling.
Color coated substrate introduction:
1. Cold-rolled sheet: smooth and beautiful appearance, excellent processing performance, easy to rust.
2. Hot-dip galvanized sheet: a protective layer (zinc layer) is added.
3. Electro-galvanized: The zinc layer is relatively thin and cannot be used outdoors.
4. Galvalume: high corrosion resistance material, high added value and high price.
5. Aluminum panel: It has good flexibility, processability and formability.
6. Stainless steel panel: high strength, poor formability.
Color-coated panel topcoat classification:
1. PE: good adhesion, rich colors, wide range in formability and outdoor durability, medium chemical resistance, low cost
2. SMP: Good hardness, wear resistance and heat resistance of the coating film; and good external durability and chalking resistance, gloss retention, general flexibility, and medium cost
3.HDP: excellent color retention and anti-ultraviolet performance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, good film adhesion, rich colors, excellent cost performance
4. PVDF: Excellent color retention and UV resistance, excellent outdoor durability and chalking resistance, excellent solvent resistance, good formability, dirt resistance, color priority, high cost
